Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://supercleantx.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Super Clean markets and arranges House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site — including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://supercleantx.com is the property of Super Clean or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

No Warranties. Super Clean disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Super Clean's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Super Clean from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.

Modifications. Super Clean may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
